Abstract

At the present, In the different social areas has been lived instances that have caused confusion and that have been caused by problems of corruption, This situation leads to think that in the different scales of living human n the different scales of human being living together there have existed structures that the bosses of social conduct prevented from shaping appropriately. Today's and tomorrow's society needs professionals committed to the challenges demanded by the globalised world in which we live, therefore becomes necessary that teachers of higher education to reflect on their actions and commit to transmit real ethical and moral values in the educational process. It means that they possess a proactive, mature and responsible attitude towards future generations. To transmit this Ethics the educator has to be ethical, that is, must be an example and witness of this practice in the everyday performance. The goal is that students internalize, make yours, by continuous training and exercise, these principles and values that are those that characterize people who we say morales, that is, the true human being that society needs.
